ong year experience and know-how in the manufacture of coatings have helped in the development of UNIHEL MIX system that has recently been introduced into our production of solvent-based anticorrosion and industrial coatings . The system enables much flexibility in the sense of prompt offer and deliveries of different types of coatings and their colour shades.
For each coating type Helios developed transparent and white base paint that contains all those components (binders, fillers, solvents, additives), which define mechanical and chemical characteristics of a final coating. A suitable combination of UNIHEL colourants is added to the base paint: colourants enable the formulations of a wide spectrum of colour shades (RAL, NCS, at a customer's wish). They are based on quality pigments, which guarantee the stability of a colour, exposed to UV light, weather influences, heat, different chemicals, solvents etc. Due to low content of aromatic solvents, they are ecologically favourable. UNIHEL colourants are compatible with the majority of binders, which are used in the production of solvent-based anticorrosion and industrial coatings: two component polyurethanes, two component epoxy coatings, alkyds, urethanized alkyds, vinyl acrylics, oven curing alkyd melamines and chlorinated rubber-acrylics.
The quality of the coating produced by UNIHEL MIX is completely comparable to the quality of a standard coating. Besides there are certain advantages using UNIHEL MIX:
