Treatment of interior furniture with HELIOCEL enamels

19. Pigmented system - economical treatment

• polishing of wooden elements with sand paper of granulation    150 - 180

1839 HELIOCEL enamel white universal

• application: 100 - 140 g/m² by air, airless or airmix spraying    and flow coating
• drying: under normal conditions min. 2 hours; at the increased    temperature to max. 60°C up to 2 hours
• polishing: with sand paper of granulation 240 - 280

• application: 100 - 140 g/m² by air, airless or airmix spraying    and flow coating
• drying: under normal conditions min. 6 hours; at the increased    temperature to max. 60°C up to 3 hours

For preparation of working viscosity we use:

• 2755 HELIOCEL thinner - wide range of use
• 7643 HELIODUR thinner - in case of high temperatures

Recommended working viscosity:
20 - 25 s DIN 4/°20C - for conventional and airmix spraying
30 - 35 s DIN 4/°20C - for airless spraying
30 - 40 s DIN 4/°20C - for flow coating

HELIOCEL enamels are produced in RAL colour shades, colour shades according to customers' wishes, gloss from 10% to min. 50%.
