I.Treatment of furniture to SEMIOPEN PORES - for treatment of wood and veneers, where we wish to get an evident wood structure (oak, ashen)

21. Pigmented system - basic system

• preceding polishing of massive and veneered surfaces with sand    paper of granulation 150 - 180.

3587 HELIODUR combined lacquer white

• application: 100 - 150 g/m² mixture by air, airless or airmix    spraying and flow coating
• drying: under normal conditions min. 2 hours; at the increased    temperature to max. 60°C 1 hour
• polishing: with sand paper of granulation 280 - 320

• stacking

If we wish to get a rich surface, third coat of the same lacquer may be applied.

100 weighing lacquer parts
15 weighing parts of 3315 HELIODUR hardener 15
5 - 15% 3851 HELIODUR thinner

Besides standard thinner we offer:
7643 HELIODUR thinner - universal thinner
16602 HELIODUR thinner B - for thinning at flow coating on quick lines
16219 HELIODUR thinner - for thinning at flow coating in case of high temperatures

HELIODUR combined lacquers are produced in RAL colour shades and colour shades according to customers' wishes, gloss from 10% to 90%.
