Treatment of interior furniture with polyurethane enamels

23. Pigmented system - rich treatment

• preceding polishing of surfaces with sand paper of granulation    150 - 180

 
First base coat is applied by spraying

3503 HELIODUR basic enamel white HV

• application: 150 - 200 g/m² mixture by air, airless or airmix    spraying
• drying: under normal conditions min. 4 hours; at the increased    temperature to max. 50°C 2 hours
• polishing: with sand paper of granulation 280 - 400

3503 HELIODUR basic enamel white HV

• application: 150 - 200 g/m² mixture by air, airless or airmix    spraying
• drying: under normal conditions min. 8 hours; at the increased    temperature to max. 50°C 4 hours
• polishing: with sand paper of granulation 320 - 400 (for    treatment to high gloss granulation 600)

3811 HELIODUR enamel white V

• application: 100 - 150 g/m² mixture by air, airless or airmix    spraying
• we recommend drying over night
• stacking

Preparation of mixture for application:
100 weighing enamel parts (basic and top)
50 weighing parts of 3375 HELIODUR hardener 75
10 - 20% 3851 HELIODUR thinner

Besides standard thinner we offer:
7648 HELIODUR thinner - for thinning in case of high temperatures and humidity
7650 HELIODUR thinner E - for thinning at electrostatic spraying

HELIODUR enamels are produced in colour shades according to customers' wishes, gloss from 10% to 90%.

We also offer HELIODUR MIX system, consisting of 12 basic colour shades, which are used independently or they may be mixed in an optional ratio to achieve the requested colour shade. We also offer a catalogue and CD formulations of colour shades according to RAL colour chart (187 colour shades) and HELIOMIX monocolour new 720 colour chart (720 colour shades). Using different hardeners we obtain semimatt (30% gloss) surfaces and semigloss (60% gloss) surfaces.
