• polishing of veneered surfaces with sand paper of granulation    150 - 180

17124 UV ACRYLIC basic lacquer

• application: 15 - 30 g/m² by a roller
• curing: 1 x 80W/cm (250-300 mJ/cm²)

17124 UV ACRYLIC basic lacquer

• application: 10 -15 g/m² by a roller

17124 UV ACRYLIC basic lacquer

• application: 10 - 15 g/m² by a roller
• curing: 2 x 80W/cm (700-750 mJ/cm²)
• polishing: by a sand paper of granulation 360 - 400

Recommended working viscosity:
Lacquer viscosity in delivery form.

If necessary viscosity is regulated with:
7647 Thinner 17

3587 HELIODUR combined lacquer white

• application: 80 - 150 g/m² mixture with air, airless or airmix    spraying and flow coating
• drying: under normal conditions min. 2 hours, at the increased    temperature to max. 60°C 1 hour
• stacking

Preparation of mixture for application:
100 weighing enamel parts
15 weighing parts of 3315 HELIODUR hardener 15
5 - 15% 3851 HELIODUR thinner

Recommended working viscosity:
15 - 18 s according to DIN4/20°C - for spraying
18 - 22 s according to DIN4/20 C - for flow coating

Besides standard thinner we offer:
16602 HELIODUR thinner B - for thinning at flow coating on quick lines
16219 HELIODUR thinner - for thinning at flow coating in case of high temperatures
