Renovation of sports facilities
The company Helios as the bronze partner of the Olympic committee of Slovenia has been for ten years cooperating with OKS - The Association of the sports unions at the renovation of sports facilities. At the beginning of the year we again published the invitation for allocation of paints and enamels, in which the sports unions, OKS members can apply. In the decade period we cared for a nicer appearance of numerous sports facilities around Slovenia, as we allocated paints in the frame of the project to 53 sports unions or 61 sports facilities and made 50.000 mountain signs. We donated more than 15.000 litres of paints and enamels to the Slovene sport.
According to the opinion of the Olympic committee the cooperation with Helios, which is ranked in the promotion “support to the unions – members” is one of the most successful, as the interest for this project by the sports unions has been constantly increasing from year to year. The specially composed commission selected numerous sports unions with their sports facilities.
In accordance with our wilful turning to the society we believe that our activity in the project of the renovation of sports facilities around Slovenia enjoys general support and represents a bright light in our common future.
